This Privacy Policy explains how ClaimRBX collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services. By using ClaimRBX, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Roblox Account Data

When you use ClaimRBX, we collect your Roblox username and related account information necessary to process withdrawals and deliver Robux to your account. We never collect or store your Roblox password.

Usage & Analytics Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service, including:

  • Pages visited and actions taken on the site.
  • Full IP address and precise geographic location (including neighborhood and zip code level) for security, fraud prevention, and geolocation purposes.
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system.
  • Referring URLs and timestamps of visits.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

ClaimRBX uses cookies to:

  • Essential cookies: Maintain your session and authenticate your account.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process Robux withdrawals to your Roblox account.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, invalid traffic, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service — including the use of full IP addresses to identify and block botnets, click farms, and other malicious activity.
  • Enable hyper-local geographic targeting for advertising, using precise IP-derived geolocation (neighborhood and zip code level).
  • Improve and optimize the service.
  • Communicate important updates about the service (e.g., policy changes).
  • Analyze usage patterns and troubleshoot technical issues.

4. Advertising & Consent

ClaimRBX displays advertisements served through Google Ad Manager (GAM) and demand-side partners. As part of our advertising infrastructure, we share your full IP address with these partners for the following purposes:

  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Full IP sharing enables demand partners to detect and filter invalid traffic (IVT), protecting the integrity of ad auctions and our account standing.
  • Precise Geolocation Targeting: IP addresses are used to derive neighborhood and zip code level geographic data, enabling premium local advertising campaigns.
  • Bid Optimization: Providing verified IP signals allows demand partners to submit higher-quality bids, which supports the free operation of this service.

We use Google Funding Choices as our Consent Management Platform (CMP) to capture your consent in accordance with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). A consent banner will be displayed upon your first visit, allowing you to manage your advertising preferences. You may update your consent choices at any time through the consent management interface on our site.

5. Third-Party Services

ClaimRBX integrates with third-party offerwall providers (including Torox, CPX Research, Lootably, TimeWall, and Jitscape). When you interact with these offerwalls, they may collect data independently under their own privacy policies. ClaimRBX is not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party offerwall before completing tasks on their platforms.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Account data (Roblox username, user ID, balance and account settings): kept while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
  • Earnings and transaction records (completed offers, withdrawals, referrals and rewards): kept for up to 24 months to process payouts, resolve disputes and offerwall reversals, and prevent fraud.
  • Chat messages: kept for up to 6 months for moderation and abuse prevention.
  • Analytics data (usage events, device and browser information): kept for up to 14 months.
  • Security and server logs (including IP addresses): kept for up to 12 months for fraud and invalid-traffic prevention.

Advertising and offerwall partners retain the data they collect according to their own privacy policies. When a retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymized so it can no longer identify you. To request deletion earlier, contact us at contact@claimrbx.gg or on our Discord server.

7. Children's Privacy

ClaimRBX is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us on Discord so we can take appropriate action.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct any inaccurate information in your account.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including personalized advertising and analytics.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Opting Out

You can control how your data is used at any time:

  • Personalized ads:change or withdraw your consent through the consent banner (clearing this site's cookies shows it again), or manage Google's ad personalization at Google Ads Settings.
  • Interest-based advertising from other companies: opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance (YourAdChoices), the Network Advertising Initiative, or, in the EU/UK, Your Online Choices. You will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
  • Analytics: block analytics cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Cookies: block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies are required to stay signed in.
  • Do Not Sell or Share (US residents): under California and other US state privacy laws you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Send the request to the contact below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ClaimRBX after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
